Have you ever wondered what it is like being an estate agent? Tasked with the responsibility of finding your dream home or selling your current property. Meeting different people from all walks of life and having the privilege or sometimes the disappointment of stepping across the threshold to inspect, value, advise and hopefully market the property. The joys of a completion or the misery of a collapsed sale. The highly competitive market place and having to contend with the widely held assertion that not all agents are honest, conscientious and motivated by making a difference for all the right reasons. I did and I thought I’d share some my tales from the sublime to the ridiculous.
